Best Petite Clothing Finds This Week: New Trends, Outfit Ideas & More | Friday Petite
The Friday Petite Weekly Edit
Stephanie here 👋 Founder of Friday Petite,
A slightly different note from me this week — alongside all the gorgeous petite fashion finds, beauty favourites and wellness picks waiting for you below.
I recently injured my back after a ski trip. It seemed minor at first, but recovery has been much bigger than expected. I struggled to sleep, sit comfortably, or even stand properly and for someone who usually moves at a million miles an hour, it’s been a forced pause.
And strangely… it may have been exactly what I needed. Instead of pushing through, I listened. I dropped anything that wasn’t essential. I rested properly. I focused only on what mattered, and found small ways to feel good.
The result? I’m healing — and feeling more rejuvenated than I have in a long time. So if you need the reminder too: it’s okay to remove the pressure, do less, and stop pushing so hard.
Sometimes slowing down is exactly what we need. ✨

Read the guide💫 Body image: we need to talk about it
I’ve seen some pretty jarring takes lately on body positivity and weight loss — especially aimed at high-profile women who have spoken about body positivity and have since lost weight.
As if confidence at one size and goals at another can’t coexist.
So much of it is shame dressed up as honesty.
Judgement dressed up as health advice.
And messaging like that can do real harm.
So I’ve written a new piece to set a few things straight:
- Why body positivity was never about promoting unhealthy lifestyles.
- Why you can love your body NOW and still have goals.
- Why confidence should not be reserved for a future version of you.
- How fashion and unrealistic standards quietly shape how women feel about themselves - and how you can change it!
If body image has ever affected your confidence, wardrobe, relationships or joy — I think this one will resonate.
