Hi, Stephanie here - Founder of Friday Petite. I hope you’ve had a lovely week.
Firstly, thank you so much for all the kind messages after my last update. I’m happy to say my back is very much on the mend and this week I even started some light training with a PT again to slowly rebuild my strength.
Honestly this whole experience has really helped shift something in me.
For years I lived at a million miles an hour and wore being constantly busy almost like a badge of honour. Lately though, I’ve been leaning into a slower, softer and far more intentional pace of life — and I can’t tell you how much better it’s making me feel.
So this week’s email is really a collection of all the things that have brought me joy lately.

I recently attended the Never Fully Dressed launch event at John Lewis on Oxford Street, celebrating the NFD collection arriving in stores, and honestly, the evening was exactly what fashion is supposed to feel like: joyful, expressive and genuinely inclusive. From the atmosphere and the women there to the clothes themselves, the whole evening perfectly reflected why I have always connected so deeply with this brand as a petite woman.
